Dataminr DEI Report — Design, Strategy & Execution
I led the design and strategic direction of Dataminr’s DEI Report, created to highlight the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while inspiring internal accountability and positive change. Developed in close collaboration with the DEI, comms, and brand teams, the report was positioned as both a data-driven resource and a storytelling platform.
Through a system of bold, circular visual elements, human-centric imagery, and vibrant colors, the report conveyed themes of inclusivity, progress, and unity. Infographics were designed for clarity and accessibility, while narrative elements—supported by employee stories and testimonials—brought the data to life in a compelling, relatable way.
In addition to full design execution, I also directed the report’s interactive layout to enhance engagement and usability across platforms. The result was a cohesive, visually striking report that reinforced Dataminr’s values and strengthened internal and external trust in its DEI efforts.
